"My brother ordered me a chicken pot pie via drive-thru. Usually, this location does a great job with my orders, not today! I did not take a picture of the first pot pie, wish I did! The crust was burnt and the inside, was burnt to the pan and very to little to nothing in it! Returned it to the KFC, I get the second pot pie. The crust was nice and golden. Again, very little pot pie contents in the pan but not burnt. The pics below are after I took the crust off. Cooking the meal properly is all ask for! Now I am going to another KFC and fast food is a joke nowadays."

"I ordered online, but online, it doesn't give you the option to choose all dark meat or all white, and so they couldn't change it for me. The cashier was nice about it. She explained that what's done online is online and that they just prepare the order. Customer satisfaction is being able to change the situation to satisfy the customer even when that option is not given to you online..."
